“The whole day was brilliant from beginning to end. Our guide AB was easy to understand, full of knowledge and happy to answer any questions regardless if it was about the place or something else such as the nature around us. The only part I would say could possibly be a downfall would be the 1200 plus steps up to the Buddha. If you suffer with vertigo or are not fit and healthy you won't make it up ther. A lot of the steps are very high and extremely steep. There are plenty of toilets and wonderful eating and drinking spots. A great day out”

“A great day to spend exploring inland, away from the Andaman islands. The short jungle trek to the pools is well worth it. Best to take the dip in the Emerald Pool after the walk to the Blue Pool. Lunch was good, as were the Hot Springs. The afternoon stair hike to the top of the hill at Tiger Cave Temple is a challenge, but the sight is worth it – or spend your time discovering the other attractions at the compound.
