The boat look ok but the steps are not safe and the guy supposedly helping people in and out was not that bothered. I ended up slipping and hurting my foot and not even an apology or a "are you ok?". Railay is obviously nice but too crowded with boats and people and the planktom is hit and miss. There are many others beached in thailand and even in Krabi that will be better”

We found that the guide was not engaging and difficult to follow; there were no safety instructions given before the snorkelling and very little information was given about what you were seeing.
